Croma Gio.Batta offers a surgical instrument inventory service, a fundamental step recommended as a preliminary activity for any project aimed at renewing the instrument set. The inventory consists of a detailed quantitative and qualitative analysis of all instruments available to all users, with the goal of providing an accurate snapshot of the quantity, types, and condition of the instruments currently in use. This activity makes it possible to plan targeted interventions and optimize investments, ensuring efficiency and safety in surgical procedures.

The optimization of surgical sets, offered by Croma Gio.Batta, follows the inventory activity and aims to efficiently calibrate the number and composition of the sets according to surgical specialties, the characteristics of the procedures, and the volume of interventions.
This process ensures the availability of the necessary instruments even during peak activity, avoiding interruptions in surgical operations and issues for the sterilization service. Croma Gio.Batta, in collaboration with ATS Italia, offers an on-site maintenance service for surgical containers, carried out directly at the Client’s premises. A temporary workshop is set up within the facility, where specialized technicians certified by Aesculap perform the maintenance operations.
During the process, each container is refurbished: stains are removed, worn parts are replaced with original spare parts, thus restoring the full functionality of the device. At the end of the intervention, the container is marked with the workshop’s initials and the date (month and year) of the maintenance.
This service minimizes downtime, ensuring operational continuity and maintaining quality standards.
